1.1 Kennel introduction

Our kennel areas may to us essentially be ‘cages’, but to our customers they are short term ‘homes’ they are trusting us to house their loved pets in.

For this reason we need to ensure we can make this area and the facilities as comfortable and pleasant to be in as possible.

Pets are the traveling companion for many of our customers today and all indications are that this will increase, so we want to create impressions that ‘We Care’.
