Cabin standards

Concept Description

As with any hotel room, we want the customer to get a good first impression and a comfortable experience when staying with us.

The standards cover cleaning, making the bed and the contents and amenities per cabin category.

1.1 Standard cabin

  • Soap.
  • Shampoo.
  • Toilet tissue.
  • Toilet brush.
  • Bin.
  • 230 Socket + USB.
  • Mirror and adjacent 230 socket.
  • Regular dux mattress.
  • Chair / Stool.
  • TV and remote control.
  • Onboard magazine QR code.
  • Coat hangers (2 per cabin).
  • Safety and evacuation sign.
  • No foreign object in toilet sign.
  • Guest services sign.
  • Hot water sign at taps / shower if needed.

1.2 Superior cabin

Added to Standard setup

  • As per standard cabin content and amenities.
  • Glassware and crookery (unless operationally impossible).
  • Best outside cabins (except for the deluxe).
  • Tea & Coffee making facility.
  • Still and sparkling water.
  • Hairdryer (unless operationally not viable).

1.3 De luxe cabin

Added to Standard setup

  • As per standard cabin content and amenities.
  • Glassware and crookery (unless operationally impossible).
  • Larger cabin space.
  • Lounge seat/sofa.
  • Double bed.
  • Pod style Coffee making facility, kettle
  • Minibar/fridge with still and sparkling water, and snacks.
  • Hairdryer.

1.4 Accessibility cabin

Added to Standard setup

  • As per standard cabin content and amenities.
  • Large bathroom.
  • Emergency cords.
  • Handrails.
  • Wide automatic doorways.
  • Accessible heights.

1.5 Pet Standard cabin

Added to Standard setup

  • As per standard cabin content and amenities.
  • Vinyl flooring.
  • Pet pee pads.
  • Still and sparkling water.
  • Customer responsibilities signage.

1.6 Freight

Added to Standard setup

  • Standard setup preferred, below is the minimum.
  • Soap.
  • Shampoo.
  • Toilet tissue.
  • Bin.
  • 230 Socket + USB.
  • Regular dux mattress.
  • Onboard magazine QR code.
  • Coat hangers (2 per cabin).
  • Safety and evacuation sign.
  • No foreign object in toilet sign.
  • Guest services sign.
  • Hot water sign at taps / shower if needed.
